Contact information: name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other similar information.

Identification information: your passport details which may contain information such as your name, address, gender, immigration status, nationality and date of birth.

Payment information: credit or debit card number, expiration date and verification code when booking travel with us or via one of our partners.

Travel and booking information: your booking reference, booking history, Passenger Name Record ("passenger information record"), identity or passport information and itinerary.

Demographic information: your age, gender, location and preferred language when using our services. In circumstances where you are applying for a job with Belmoond, we may request certain information for diversity monitoring purposes (such as race and ethnicity).

Device and location information: general details of your device such as your IP address, type, model and operating system of your device; specific location data based on GPS data from your mobile device (when you give us access to this information via your device settings); and approximate location based on your IP address.

App usage information: your Belmoond search history and travel preferences; how you interacted with our websites and apps, including the time you spent on our website and/or app and the pages, features or functions you accessed; the links you clicked on to redirect you to or from our services, including the identity of the travel supplier you are redirecting to and the type of travel service you have chosen; and where you have been redirected to the travel supplier's website or app for the purposes of completing a booking, we may collect information from that travel supplier about whether you made a booking with them and what booked.

User preference information: specific preferences associated with your Belmoond account including the specific consents you have given or declined, email preferences, push notifications and cookies containing your advertising preferences.

Previous communication information: includes communications we receive from you such as comments, requests for help, inquiries via email, and other electronic communication methods such as online chat, instant messaging, or social media; and metadata associated with such communications, such as time and date.

Employment information or submitted content: any information you send to us during any correspondence you may have with us, such as signatures, photographs, opinions, where to apply for a job with Belmoond, details of your work history, salary and other similar information.

Social media related information: if you are using a third-party social media platform to log in to Belmoond, your email address will be automatically collected as part of this process; and information from a LinkedIn profile (or any other social network) that is publicly available such as name, email address and resume for recruitment purposes, as you have given this to a third party and they have made it available to us in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
